How beautiful do our balconies and patios look?

Each unit took the time to decorate their outside space in our “Beautiful Balcony competition” throughout July.

We invited the Mayor of Biggleswade, Jonathan Woodhead to come in to judge each one on Friday and after lots of deliberation, he chose Kingfisher as the winners! They had set up a tea party with the residents and really made use of their outside area.

We are so proud of everyone for taking part and the effort made. It really does look stunning outside and really brightens up the garden.

What an amazing day our annual summer fair was yesterday! Thank you everyone who attended and made the day special. We raised a whopping £970 for our amenities fund!

A big thank you to all of our brilliant stall holders for attending, our Head Chef Alison and our Hospitality Manager Jeshan for running the BBQ, our receptionists Jenny and Ann for helping sell the raffle tickets, and all our sweet treats, our managers Julie and Hayley for coming in and helping run the day and of course a big thank you to our two wonderful entertainers Tracie Lyle and The Cuckoo's.

The activities team Kim and Alannah worked so hard to bring this day together and are over the moon with the success🤩

Our activities team have been busy creating this gorgeous, peaceful zen area in the garden. Using plum slate, a relaxing water feature, solar powered rocks and Buddha ornament , a rockery complete with alpine plants and carefully picked perennials to go with the theme.
What a beautiful addition to an already stunning garden! Well done ladies, we know the residents will love spending time in this tranquil area!
