A fabulous weekend was enjoyed at Clophill’s Awakened Spirit Festival with Kay as Heart Song Hoop.

We held drum circles and drum healing workshops along with my own Power Animal drum journey session.

It was great to see and chat to friendly faces again and meet many new friends.

On Saturday we had a wonderful new sound bath experience, using the crystal bowls, listening to the rain pattering down and hearing the beautiful birdsong in Dunton Community Garden’s open barn.

This was a brand new venture in the rain as last month everyone was trying to find shade in the Garden for the sound bath! Everyone found it a cosy and peaceful session and being in nature complemented the experience.

Coming up on Tuesday 22nd July at 7pm at Dunton Community Garden’s we have our next evening of Natural Mindfulness Moments.
Take time out to pause, with various meditative exercises and breath-work, as we walk at a gentle pace around the tranquil gardens and surrounding area.

A packed day yesterday with a relaxing Mindfulness & Meditative Meander at Dunton Community Gardens with some lovely ladies 🙏.
Then on to a wonderful evening, meeting new faces and raising money for Breast Cancer Now charity at Saxon Leisure Centre Wellbeing event.
We hosted 2 drum circles and finished the evening with a beautiful sound bath which unusually I had the pleasure of participating in. 🥰

We had a wonderful start to our year-long CoSH Sound Healing with Drum course which began last week.

Huge congratulations to these lovelies who completed their year study of drum healing. We still can't quite believe it's been a year, but then spending time with friends is outside our perceptions of chronos time.

Such a privilege to walk with others finding their way, embracing their individuality, their uniqueness. Healing, growing and following their North star, whilst together working for the good of all. 🥰

It's our monthly drum circle Wed night and always a great opportunity to come and meet us if you feel drawn to drum healing or embarking on discovering more about living and helping in a nature/shamanic based way.
