Hi, 👋🏻 I just wanted to introduce myself again as it’s been a while. My name is Emily, I am a registered nurse. As you may know alot of Gp surgeries have stopped offering ear syringing due to a lack of funding within the Nhs.
I offer a mobile service offering just this in and around Shefford. If you believe your ear(s) maybe blocked but a medical professional has not examined you, I’d advise a consultation with me, this is £15. Otherwise you can go straight ahead with applying either otex olive oil drops or normal olive oil in the affected ear(s) twice daily for 7 days and then I commence syringing. A headline from todays news!
With approximately 2.5 million people in Uk requiring ear wax treatment each year.
With no medical reasoning for the NHS to stop providing an ear wax removal service, people are turning to home removal methods which in itself can cause further problems and damage!! That or the problem is being left causing other issues such as hearing impairments, dizziness and tinnitus. So people like myself want to help.
