Pilates for Strength is a bodyweight and props class, focusing on functional movement, breath and strength endurance for the purpose of promoting effective, coordinated movement and a healthy musculoskeletal system. It is suitable for active beginners and returners, and all those involved in sport and exercise. With just nine participants our excellent instructor Laura can teach exercise progressions and regressions for everyone, and to guide and correct where needed.
The functional strength gained from a consistent Pilates practice is achieved by developing strength and improving mobility and flexibility. It helps you move and breathe through your daily activities and chosen sport and exercise with more power and endurance.
