🔥 New class alert! If you want to move better, feel stronger, and boost your endurance, Pilates for Strength is for you.

📆 Six-week block starts 9th September (Tuesdays, 12:15 – 13:15)

Pilates for Strength is a bodyweight and props class, focusing on functional movement, breath and strength endurance for the purpose of promoting effective, coordinated movement and a healthy musculoskeletal system. It is suitable for active beginners and returners, and all those involved in sport and exercise. With just nine participants our excellent instructor Laura can teach exercise progressions and regressions for everyone, and to guide and correct where needed.

The functional strength gained from a consistent Pilates practice is achieved by developing strength and improving mobility and flexibility. It helps you move and breathe through your daily activities and chosen sport and exercise with more power and endurance.

Stronger Strides is our brand-new 8-week small group strength class designed specifically for runners. It’s not a running group — it’s about building the control, resilience and power that supports your running from the ground up 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♂️

Led by S&C Coach Josh, the programme includes:
• Weekly runner-specific strength sessions
• 1:1 strength testing and injury risk screening
• A personalised intake questionnaire
• Final testing to track your progress

You can join on Tuesdays at 19:00 or Sundays at 08:00 — or do both if you’re ready to level up! 💪
