Rehab Hub - Injury Clinic & Sports Performance Centre There’s nothing we want more than to see you get back to doing what you love. Our team is friendly and dedicated.

We want to return you to comfortable and strong movement for a healthy, happy, pain-free life and we will support and guide you every step of the way. We are an established Injury Clinic in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, with a knowledgeable and kind team of Practitioners of varying disciplines. Together we provide Adult and Children’s Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy and Sports Massage, Osteopathy, Running Analysis & Re-Education from our facility in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. We know we say it a lot, but there’s really nothing we want more than to see you get back to doing what you love; whether that’s competing in sport, doing your job, or spending time with your family and friends. Together we look after amateur and professional athletes, builders, office workers, Mums, Dads, Nans and Grandpas with equal dedication. We love what we do, and as people who also have busy home, family and work lives, as well as being amateur competitors ourselves we understand your need to return to work and life’s loves. We promise to always do our very best for you – you’re our number one priority!

Stronger Strides is our 8-week small group strength class designed specifically for runners. It’s not a running group - it’s about building the control, resilience and power that supports your running from the ground up! 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♂️

Led by S&C Coach Josh, the programme includes:

- 8 weekly, runner-specific strength sessions in our gym facility
- Structured progression designed to improve running form, control, and strength
- Expert coaching from an experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach
- Small-group support (maximum of 8 participants per class) for motivation, consistency, and accountability
- Optional weekly homework sessions to build on your progress
- Private WhatsApp group for class communication and motivation
