2025…you were brilliant, hard, exciting, heartbreaking, rewarding and ultimately - completely full of love.

I’ve been spending my time off over Christmas completely off social media as much as possible and one massive thing I’ve taken away from that is learning how to be fully present with the people I love, things I love doing, and noticing the beauty in all the small moments🤍

My business has been progressing so much this last year thanks to all of you and the hard work that’s been put into it. I’ve realised, however, I’ve been preaching slowing down when you need to, prioritising rest and self care and listening to your body when I haven’t always followed my own advice!

This year, I’m aiming to embrace all of those things fully. As you can’t fill someone else’s cup whilst your own is almost empty!

My business is only just beginning and it makes me so happy to see the loving, welcoming and beautiful community we’ve built together and I cannot wait to treat all of you this year - in many more new and restorative ways☁️
