It's such a busy time of year, emotions are high, absent loved ones are missed, the head is spinning...Now is the time to stop, take a breath, and nourish yourself.

Winter solstice is coming, bringing longer days in its shadow :).

Join me for a moment to down tools, take a breath, and some well-deserved time for yourself before Christmas.

I'll be bringing gongs, drums, singing bowls, hangdrum and chimes, taking you through a journey of healing sound.

The blinds will be down, candles will be flickering, and the smell of sage will be cleansing the air.

Bring pillows, blankets, and something to lay down on, I'll sort the rest.

With my hand on my heart this has to be my most favourite venue.
The journey, the vibe, even the earthy smell of this place warms my heart.
Chris Allen and I have hung our in the woods over the summer months bringing people together through sound baths.

We're now happy to be back here for the cold moon this Thursday 4th December.
