Yoga classes restart every Thursday on the 18th January at Canon Roche Hall, Billericay at 7.15pm. Classes are £6 pay as you go on the night.

Everyone welcome, all abilities and mobility whether youve tried yoga or not - this is a really, friendly group of lovely local people 😊

If you were thinking of dropping into class tomorrow we have a summer break. Classes restart Thursday 24th August at 7.15pm, Canon Roche Hall, where we will continue raising money for this month's charity Parkinson's Carers and relaxing our nervous systems with slow, mindful movement and breathing xx

Wonderful to hear how one of our regulars whose had to be measuring her heart rate, saw her heart rate decline the night of our class and the next day. Every moment in our class puts us into our relaxed nervous system - wonderful so many of our local community are signing up! 😀xx

This month we are raising funds for Marie Curie as we practice gentle movement, with awareness of our bodies and breath, totally relaxing our nervous systems. Great community we've built. Friendly and welcoming regulars. Drop in anytime. Thursday, 7.15pm, Canon Roche Hall, Billericay. £5 per drop in paid on the night.

Another yoga class completely focused on switching into our relaxed nervous system. It's amazing to watch mindful movement and meditation relax and slow everyone. Particularly those finding it hard to relax or feeling stressed out and/or anxious.

This month all proceeds are going to a Dementia charity as chosen by one of our regulars.

Join us 7.15pm to 8.15pm every Thursday, (arrival 7pm for first class. Cannon Roche Hall, Billericay. £5 per class paid on the night. All proceeds after cots to charities selected by attendees.
