We are pleased to announce that Mr Jack Holland a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist will be joining our clinic on a Wed afternoon from 17th Sept 2025. Jack has extensive NHS experience and specialises in Rehabilitation, acupuncture, strength and conditioning, soft tissue massage and Shockwave therapy.
Jack Will be available from 2.30pm-5pm on a Wed Afternoon and will soon be available for online bookings for consultations.
Jack is a Chartered Physiotherapist with specialist expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation. His career began as a Sports Therapist before progressing into the NHS, where he built over four yearsโ experience as a Rehabilitation Therapist and Senior Musculoskeletal Clinician. Alongside this, he spent eight years working in professional football with West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur F.C., providing injury management, rehabilitation, and performance support to elite athletes.
In 2023, Jack completed a Masterโs degree in Physiotherapy and has since gained diverse experience across both the NHS and private practice. He is qualified in acupuncture, soft tissue massage, and manual therapy techniques, and is an accredited provider of shockwave therapy. With a particular interest in tendon-related injuries, Jack combines advanced treatment techniques with progressive rehabilitation programmes to deliver effective, evidence-based care tailored to each individual.
