I’ve kindly been gifted these drops from Jenny Lilley and I can’t wait to begin my journey with them I’ve only read great things about them but the “truth will be in the pudding” as my mum likes to say !
As many of you know I’ve been on my own healing journey for the last few years after being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I don’t usually like to discuss my personal life but I feel it’s time to be open and honest of the daily struggles that chronic pain brings which some of you also experience , no one day is the same .
What I have learnt so far after going down the rabbit hole to improve my health is “YOU” are your biggest champion , your Dr isn’t always right a lot of allopathic medicines are just used as a band aid you need to dig deeper and find the root cause …
And your mind is also the biggest healer ( mind over matter)
Here's a comprehensive list of diseases and conditions that curcumin, the active compound in turmeric, has shown potential benefits for:
1. Inflammatory disorders: Arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis), and other conditions involving chronic inflammation.
2. Digestive issues: Indigestion, bloating, gas, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and other gastrointestinal disorders.
3. Cardiovascular health: High blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, atherosclerosis, and other heart-related conditions.
4. Diabetes: Curcumin may aid in managing blood sugar levels and improving insulin sensitivity in individuals with diabetes.
5. Liver health: Liver diseases, including fatty liver disease, liver cirrhosis, and hepatitis.
6. Neurological disorders: Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), and other neurodegenerative conditions.
7. Cancer: Curcumin has shown potential anticancer properties and has been studied for its effects on various cancers, including breast, colorectal, lung, prostate, and pancreatic cancer.
8. Skin conditions: Acne, eczema, psoriasis, and other inflammatory skin disorders.
9. Respiratory conditions: Asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other respiratory ailments.
10. Mental health: Depression, anxiety, and age-related cognitive decline.
Please note that while there is promising research on curcumin's potential benefits for these conditions, it should not replace medical advice or treatments prescribed by healthcare professionals. Always consult with your doctor before making any changes to your healthcare routine.
