Hello, my dear friends,
A lot of times, when people are trying to heal from trauma, they focus solely on the trauma. They try to dig up the trauma in the past circle of life or in the childhood.
Trying to heal the trauma. I tell you, that is the wrong focus. Or maybe not the right approach. Here I am not saying to not acknowledge the trauma or to pretend that it didn't happen, of course not.
Remember, when it comes to healing, we can heal faster and more completely, when we focus on the good things and good feelings in our life not on the experience or symptoms of trauma. What people are really trying to do, is to heal the Qi pattern, so that your life can go back to normal.
What can make the Qi pattern change and change so dramatically?
Accidents and life traumas. The life traumas are something so big happen so unexpectedly. Your energy patterns, your Qi patterns, and your physical body, everything got traumatized. When that happens, it changes overnight your energy patterns. Your life completely changed. Then your health is in challenge. Your emotion is in challenge. Your belief is in challenge. Everything is in challenge.
The trauma may now be long gone, but It has left behind the vibration of energy, making your life suffer at different levels.
So, what can help to balance this energy and balance this energy faster and more completely?
Now you need to focus on looking for a tool which can help bring back joy, happiness, and your health. That is the thing you need to focus on if you want to live a normal life again, if you want to be happy again, if you want to be pain free again.
Find happiness. Find joy. Find compassion again.
Give the time to yourself. Feel the energy flow inside.
Find beauty in the nature. Find beauty inside you. Find beauty around you.
When you are happy, your liver is happy. Your liver is the ocean of blood. Then your organs are happy. When your organs are happy, the vibration among your organs is in harmony. Healing starts taking place.
Slow down your life. Go back to the nature. Hug the trees. See the flow of the water. Sit by doing nothing, just looking the drifting clouds in the sky. See the moon shining on you. All these things can bring you happiness.
Once happiness comes back, then healing takes place.
In order to heal trauma, you need more happiness. See a bigger picture of your life. Connecting the beauty you see to the universe, to human kind
