The secret is finally out - from 3rd January a whole new range of Slimming World products will be hitting the shelves at Iceland 🎉✨

We’re not just talking our usual amazing range of frozen, mouthwatering meals, but some indulgent sides and for the very first time - some bakery favourites…all on plan and ready to make 2026 delicious 😍

Here’s just a taste of what’s coming:
🍣 Sweet chilli salmon
🌭 Caramelised onion sausages
🍲 Moroccan‑spiced vegetable tagine
🍝 Hunter’s barbecue chicken pasta
🥘 Beef rendang
🍜 Chicken & mushroom ramen
🥞 Blueberry & maple pancakes
🫓 Garlic & coriander naans
🍗 Bang bang chicken & rice
🧀 Cauliflower cheese
🥔 And launching end of January… potato dauphinoise!

Honestly, I can’t wait to try them all, but I’m really excited about the pancakes, naan bread and tagine 🙌

The first half of my week is always busy and if I haven’t had time to prep at the weekend these dishes are such a gift.

We look back on the life of our inimitable, much-loved founder, Margaret Miles-Bramwell

It is with deep sadness that we share the news that our beloved founder Margaret Miles-Bramwell OBE passed away earlier today, surrounded by her family.

As well as being our guiding star and the beating heart and soul of Slimming World, Margaret will be remembered for being a much loved mum, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Since founding our precious organisation 55 years ago, she has loved, nurtured and protected it – along with each and every member, staff member and Consultant who’s been a part of the Slimming World family. Margaret steered her ship in the way she lived her life – with a generous spirit, passionate conviction, a wicked (and rebellious!) sense of humour and a fierce belief in doing the right thing.

Her determination to help people shed the burden of excess weight without shame or guilt has seen Slimming World grow from a single group in 1969 to the global authority in weight management that it is today. She undoubtedly touched hearts and changed lives for millions of people – and for all of us who knew and loved her. She’ll continue to do so for many more years to come.

Our thoughts are with Margaret’s family. We take comfort, as we’re sure they do, in the hope that Margaret is now reunited with her beloved Tony – sailing off into the sunset together. https://bit.ly/42F5Eia

Last week was National Fitness Day and it was great to hear from members in group about the different ways build movement into their every day. From housework, walking, swimming and YouTube classes at home to running, cycling, golf, tap dance, dance fitness, gym sessions and classes and everything in between.
The early morning dog walks are how I start my day despite it being darker and then fitting in swimming, yoga, pilates, body pump and gym sessions around work and family.
Keeping a mindful eye on strengthening and bone density for now and the future are key for me.

A big protein ✅ for breakfast today.
1/2 a tub of cottage cheese blended with FF Greek yogurt and one level teaspoon of peanut butter. Topped with a chopped apple, raspberries and blueberries and 17g of Bio & Me granola for 1/2 a b choice for that added fibre (and more protein).
Delicious. 😍
