The awards aim to give recognition to workers and managers on the front line of social care in the county.

Nominations will be open throughout September, and we really want to encourage nominations from service users themselves and their families, so please spread the word!

There are 13 categories, from Frontline Leader to Rising Star, and you can nominate as many adult social care heroes as you like.
