💥Neck Pain! 💥

When you wake up, can’t move your neck and think: “What have I done?!”🧐

Was it the pillow? The bed? Did I Sleep funny? 🤨

It’s so frustrating when it happens but we’re here to help!

Here are the 3 best tips for easing Neck Pain when it happens:

1️⃣ ICE🧊and HEAT🔥- Using ice for the pain and heat for the stiffness can really help to ease the symptoms of neck pain. Swapping between the 2 regularly is a great way to get on top of it quickly. 15-20 mins of each will do then repeat!

2️⃣ LOOK AT YOUR POSTURE, NOT YOUR PILLOW - In most cases, it can come from an accumulation of things that have been going on in your everyday life that causes the pain to happen. Think of it like ‘the straw that broke the camels back’🐫. If we are already in a hypersensitive state due to posture from work or activity, then it’s more likely to flare up out of the blue!
