Meet Sid, he has been coming to our group on a Tuesday night at High Grange Community Centre . He has lost nearly 5 stone with us. He is a big inspiration in group and loving his new healthier lifestyle 😍 loves going on walks and wife’s cooking (who has lost 2 stone just by cooking for Sid) ❤️ and has just been awarded being groups greatest loser 🥰 simply amazing ❤️❤️ so proud of him ❤️

How does this make you feel? It makes me feel excited!! It makes me realise we have so much time if we crack on with our goals NOW! There really is no better time!
It may be cold and dark, raining (or even snowing where we are!) but it won’t be for long. Before you know it, spring 🌸 and summer ☀️ will be on the horizon.
What we eat, and what we do now, will determine how we FEEL when the weather changes.

Even just 1lb a week would have you 2 stone lighter!
