When patients complete their own request it enables the clinical team to offer more choice, from links to book routine telephone or face to face appointments to advice/treatment via message.

We have had a few requests over the past weeks from patients asking for input from our clinical team, when appointments offered it becomes apparent the patient is out of the country 😕

Please be aware, we can not offer NHS services when you are overseas.

If you need medical assistance and are away from the practice please seek advice/treatment from a local provider.

📢 Important Practice Update

Unfortunately, we’re still experiencing an influx of staff absences due to sickness across our whole practice team 🤒🤧😷

This is having an impact on our service today.

Our patient service team been particularly affected, and as a result, we are running a limited staffing.

We kindly ask for your understanding and support during this time, calls will take longer to be dealt with, due to reduced staffing, and if you don't need to contact the Practice today please wait until next week.

Our clinical team has been particularly affected, and as a result, we are running a limited service.

👉 Today we are operating an acute/same-day service only.

If you have a minor illness, please seek advice and treatment from your local pharmacy, or contact NHS 111 for further support.

All contacts will be clinically triaged — if your concern is deemed routine, we will be in touch to arrange an appointment for a later date.
