Love, love love this!!! Exactly 💯! “Comfortable in my own skin” is a powerful goal to be working towards. Use these words with clients all the time because the more comfortable and self accepting we are of ourselves, the more peace and confidence we have. We can disregard that that doesn’t work for us and crack on with who we are. Go Dolly! 🎉🎉
Give me a shout if you need help with this! 🎉

To keep spirits up in a freezing winter, go see the fabulous and mates at before it finishes! Everyone was fantastic and had audience dancing along! The re-enactment of the Dirty Dancing scene was funniest thing I’ve ever seen.

Starting as I mean to go on today with some self care. Research continually highlights the importance of the mind body connection and self kindness.
What are you doing to take care of yourself today? Let me know in comments and your idea might motivate someone else đź’Ş

Folks, there’s a reason why some animals hibernate in winter. It’s a great time to rest, rejuvenate, restore and, when ready, start gently preparing for Spring. Let go of focussing on what you “should” be doing and associated guilt and start to enjoy what you have currently in a different way. Spending time with my horses on the ground with no pressure is wonderful bonding time. Look after you! If you struggle with being kind to yourself, please get in touch and we can discuss. 07939 586263.

Running for train, came across filming for with cervix, breast & poo. Chatted to a lovely volunteer collecting for Salvation Army, said this had made her day. Just as she was telling me that, a chap put a wad of cash in her bucket! Lovely to see her kindness being rewarded in so many ways.
Great day for human connections!

Love this!!
Seeing ourselves as an “imperfect work in progress” relieves us of the need to be the finished article.
It allows for continued curiosity, learning, openness, adaptability and through a positive psychology lens it means flourishing, thriving as we strengthen our resilience and confidence through learning and expanding. All fantastic for our biochemistry and physical health too.
Common problem I see regularly with clients is a tendency to perfectionism and imposter syndrome often first developed in childhood. To positively embrace our imperfection is so freeing and central to wellbeing.
Give me a shout if you want to know more.

Great advice here from The Chimp Paradox author, Steve Peters.
He’s talking about managing emotions and how to move from dark to lighter, more positive ones. He’s saying it’s best done with a therapist/psychologist. This is something I do everyday with clients and it’s not as tough or scary as you might think. Don’t hesitate to get in touch for a free 20 minute discovery call.
