This is why I started this work…

For many years, I worked in a corporate role in banking. I met some wonderful people, but deep down, I knew it wasn’t where I was meant to be.

When my father passed away suddenly, it stopped me in my tracks. It made me look at my life in a completely different way.

I realised how quickly everything can change and how important it is to spend your time doing something that truly matters.

I had always felt that I was meant to help people. To support, to listen and to help others heal - not just cope.

That moment was the beginning of everything. It led me to retrain, to learn and to build a path where I could genuinely make a difference in people’s lives every day.

And now, I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck or not quite themselves - helping them feel calmer, more in control and like themselves again.

Walking is excellent for your mental health for several key reasons:
