March has been a busy one behind the scenes, and I wanted to share a little of what I’ve been working on 👇
I’ve invested a lot of time this month into further training and refining my skills to make sure you’re always getting the best possible treatment when you come to me.
Although head massage has always been part of my Swedish treatments, I’ve now taken that a step further and officially qualified in Indian Head Massage. This means I can offer more targeted techniques designed to deeply relax the nervous system, reduce tension headaches, and improve overall wellbeing not just a quick add-on, but a treatment in its own right.
I also know how much you all LOVE heat during your treatments, so I’ve added hot stone massage to my qualifications 🔥
Hot stones are incredible for melting away deep-seated tension, allowing me to work more effectively into muscles without causing discomfort. They’re perfect if you like a deeper massage but still want to feel relaxed and not battered afterwards.
On the flip side, I’ve also trained in using cold stones, especially for the face, which are brilliant for lymphatic drainage, reducing puffiness, and helping tired eyes feel fresher and more awake.
Alongside this, I’ve upskilled in clinical special testing. This helps me assess aches and pains more accurately so we’re not just “treating where it hurts” we’re actually identifying the root cause. Whether that’s something like poor glute activation, postural imbalances, or conditions such as carpal tunnel, I can now build a more structured, effective plan to get you back to feeling strong, mobile, and pain-free.
While I’ve been qualified in a lot of these areas for a while, I truly believe you should never stop learning. Keeping up to date with the latest techniques, research, and testing methods means I can continue to deliver a high standard of care and results for every single one of you.
Thank you for trusting me with your bodies
I’m always working to be better for you 💙
