Life can feel loud and busy — this is your chance to hit pause. In this workshop, you’ll be guided through the calming practice of Yoga Nidra, a powerful form of relaxation that feels like drifting between waking and dreaming.
You’ll settle down to lie on your mat, get comfortable, and let your body fully relax while your mind is gently led through a journey of breath, body awareness, and imagery. It’s like a reset button for your whole system.
Yoga Nidra is known to:
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Improve sleep quality
- Enhance cognitive function
- Lower inflammation in the body
- Improve hormone balance
- Create a sense of peace and clarity that lasts beyond the practice (research suggests you'll feel the effects up to 7 days later!)
You don’t need any yoga experience — just come as you are.
Expect soft lighting, cosy atmosphere, and space to completely let go.
Includes a cup of herbal tea to close the practice. Think of it as a mini-retreat for your mind, body, and spirit.
