As the nights draw in and the jumpers come out, we’re slowing things down with a cosy yoga evening to celebrate the Autumn Equinox.

Think: gentle movement, calming breathwork, yin yoga, and dreamy yoga nidra - all designed to help you melt into stillness, embrace autumn’s slower pace, and give your body and mind a big seasonal reset.

Using peer-reviewed research, this 8-week course gives you the tools, techniques and skills proven to help you manage stress and improve your overall wellbeing.

Each week we will...

* Explore together the biology of stress - so you know exactly what's going on in your body and your brain

* Break down yoga movements, breathwork, meditation & mindfulness techniques - designed to stop the stress response in it's tracks

* Enjoy a guided relaxation to manually switch our bodies from 'fight or flight' to 'rest and repair"

In just 8 weeks, you could be feeling calmer, more in-control, with an easing of stress-induced symptoms.

You will also have the full support of myself and the group, for the 8 week period, with regular check-ins and a mindfulness technique to focus on each week.

Learn Myofascial release techniques. To remove the inflammation and heightened pain levels that a stressed out nervous system can contribute to.

✨Manage stress in the real world workshop✨
Learn evidence-based breath, meditation & movement techniques that target specific physiological pathways implicated in stress regulation.

✨Daily yoga classes✨
Soothe your nervous system with daily yoga movement. Intertwined with stress-healing breath and mindfulness techniques.

✨Evening Pyjama Yoga Nidra✨
Cosy up in your pyjamas. Get comfortable with blankets and pillows. Then invite your body into a state of deep rest. Calming the nervous system. Ready for a night of blissful sleep.

✨Nourishing foods & drinks✨
A menu curated especially to heal the gut, and support the wellbeing of the mind-gut connection. All dietary requirements can be catered for.

✨Time for yourself✨
To rest, meditate, explore, chat, use the sauna or anything else.

We had a fab day. Yoga, breathwork, meditation, exploring and creating fabulous nature mandalas 🍃 Which was lots of fun!

We celebrate the return of our own light and energy, after the months of darkness and rest.
Simply put, it’s a time to manifest. To make plans for the future, and move forward with renewed energy.

🌷How will we do this?

Encourage new energy from within…
✨Explore revitalising breath techniques. To reignite the fire in our bellies.
✨Move through an energising yoga flow. To stretch and open tight bodies, and ground us in the present.

Reconnect with nature…
✨Take an unhurried walk around the beautiful Bolton Abbey Estate. Spotting those first signs of new life.
✨Create a nature Mandala with the natural treasures we find along the way.
✨Ignite your endorphins and inner energies with a chilly river paddle.

Set intentions for the season…
✨Soul enquiry and guided journalling, to tune into your true desires.
✨Manifest these desires into reality, with practical planning.
✨Deep relaxation practices to embed these new intentions.

Then leave us refreshed and relaxed. With newly awakened energy. A new spark for life. And go make those dreams a reality…

Designed to strengthen postnatal bodies, release tension, relax busy minds and aid in birth recovery.

The class will be very relaxed. You’re free to feed, change and comfort your baby throughout. Suitable from 6 weeks post birth up to baby being on the move.
