Thank you so much for an amazing live.

I almost cancelled this morning as I wasn’t feeling well and I am so glad that I didn’t.

You are all amazing, you don’t have to support me but you do. And I know there are so many other crystal sellers out there so thank you for choosing me this evening.

I was an absolute nervous wreck as I haven’t done a live sale for months. I was shaking, babbling, forgetting my words, mispronouncing things and just making a fool out of myself.

By the end I was completely normal and totally comfortable. That’s because 1. I love my job, it is my passion and 2. you are my biggest cheerleaders.

Now I can’t wait for the next one!

I will upload the claims to the website over the next day or so and be in touch asap.

I will also get back to those with special requests.

So something happened last week and it strongly reaffirmed what I already felt regarding everything happens for a reason.

This fluorite butterfly pendant broke as I accidentally dropped it on the floor. The Fluorite wasn’t damaged and I could easily have reset the wing into the claws.

However as I looked at the wing, I thought this could make a beautiful pendant on its own.

The very next day, one of my lovely customers contacted me to ask if I had any dainty fluorite pendants/necklaces for her young daughter.

And so after a little chat about wire and chains, I ordered some materials and this morning I wrapped the butterfly wing.

This is the finished result. I really like it and it was indeed fate 🦋

I am so excited to be working with a celebrity florist in London who have hand picked me to supply them for a wedding in the south of France.

This 40kg Rose Quartz Boulder is just one of the pieces leaving me and it is set to be a beautiful centrepiece on the top table.

I always pinch myself when these things happen as one week I’m stood in the freezing cold holding my gazebo up preying that people will come and see me and the next I am supplying big companies like this.

It doesn’t happen often but when it does, I do a happy dance 💃

BUT I appreciate you all whether you buy a tumblestone for £3.00 or an extra special collectors piece for £3000 and every time you choose me, I do the same happy dance.

Without your custom I wouldn’t exist and grow and your support means the absolute world to me!

I hope you don’t find this post to be one of boasting as it’s absolutely not. It’s just nice to be seen and appreciated as I am a little fish in a very big pond!

I also met a gorgeous lady today who visited the showroom and it really raised my vibrations. She is learning about crystals and I felt honoured to share my knowledge and experience with her.

I honestly feel like the universe sent this path to me and I absolutely adore my job!

Evening lovely people 👋

Earlier today I had a two ladies turn up to have a look around the showroom. However they didn’t have an appointment (as they didn’t realise visits are by appointment only) and unfortunately I couldn’t accommodate them.

I don’t ever want to have to turn people away so this is just a reminder to book in please if you would like to come and visit.

This week I have appointments Friday, possibly Saturday and Sunday from 3.30pm onwards.

Next week I will start to plan my stall for my next event so ideally I don’t want to be booking anyone in past Wednesday as I need to take stock from the shelves.

Afternoons always work best for me so that I can tend to my other business Sittingpretty Cats first. Being live animals, they must take priority.

From a humble piece of wire to a pair of earrings.

I have always bought ear wires in but when I recently ran out and needed some I decided to make my own.

This isn’t a difficult process by any means but I do think hammering the wire gives them a handmade look that machine made ones don’t have.

So it’s really a case of shaping the wire, hammering it, smoothing the ends off and adding the rest of the earring.

So here we have two pair of Gold Vermeil earrings, both handmade and available to purchase at £50 each (boxed).

Choose from Malachite and Pyrite with Gold bead accents or Green Tourmaline (Rutile).

Both will help to bring positivity, wealth, prosperity and abundance along with protection from negativity.

Hello to all my new followers 👋

I thought I would reintroduce myself as many of you won’t know who I am or what I am about.

My name is Rachel and I started Hart, Body & Soul up a few years back after finding crystals through grief. You can read more about this on my website here https://www.hartbodyandsoul.co.uk/pages/about

The business started primarily selling crystals with a small selection of jewellery that I had out sourced. From the very beginning, I have very carefully selected my sources and I only work with wholesalers that share my ethics regarding responsible sourcing and safe and fair labour.

I import just about all of my crystals, largely from Brazil. And most of the suppliers I work with are family run businesses that also support women in business.

Everything I import is hand selected by myself for its beauty, energy and healing properties. I would like to think that I have a good eye and a good understanding of crystals and gemstones.

It wasn’t long after starting the business that i tried my hand at wire wrapping and ever since I bought those first reels of wire, I have never looked back. I make just about all of my jewellery myself with the exception of a few pieces.

I have found a real passion for jewellery making and I would love to develop my skills in the near future.

I don’t get a great deal of time to post on social media so my posts can be quite sporadic but just to let you know that there are several ways that you can shop with me:

This is my passion and I really hope that it transpires. Every single piece of jewellery that I make is made with love and intention and every crystal that I source is done so with intention also. All of my crystals leave cleansed and infused with love and positivity.
