So one of my lovely ladies just asked me how I stay so grounded when I am around so many crystals, in other words, how am I not affected by all of their w ethics.

The answer truly is cleansing. I regularly cleanse my crystals between stalls and showroom visits with palo Santo (sage is available too) and I use the smoke to remove any stagnant energies that may have been picked up.

You can also smoke people! Joking aside, I often cleanse my sweary husband and grumpy son! Negative energy is a waste of energy!

Strap in…it’s a long one!

I woke up today feeling really sad that things didn’t quite work out with one of my stockists as being with them was part of my personal journey. I actually wouldn’t be where I am now without the help of this lady.

And then I started reflecting on my journey to get to this point and wow, I’ve really achieved a great deal in such a short space of time.

And not only that, I’ve done this whilst running another full time business (), opening a third business (), working part time as a payroll clerk, being a mum and a housewife and having long term, chronic insomnia.

So actually, I’m incredibly proud of myself and I welcome the path that I have been put on. I am where I am supposed to be and I cannot wait for what’s destined to be 🙌

Today I have another announcement to make.

I have also made the decision to withdraw my handmade jewellery from Art & Soul in Leeds.

I have had lovely feedback from Art & Soul with them expressing how much they love my work and me being a part of the store, but unfortunately with such low sales, it is not financially viable for me to continue to be a part of it anymore.

I will however be staying with Just Makers at Ripley for as long as they will have me as my Silver necklaces in particular seem to be a winner.

It’s just a case of finding the right audience and the right fit for me.

A little sneeky behind the scenes look at how the new Rachel Hartley Atelier website is coming on….slowly but surely.

I have such a wealth of makes and purchases that this could take a little longer than anticipated 🤣

I may even go live with the website and add to it daily so that this task doesn’t become too overwhelming.
