Your brain is biased. Not against you. It’s biaised towards finding problems. The negativity bias means your mind is naturally wired to remember criticism more than praise, and mistakes more than success.

Talk therapy helps you understand those patterns. And EMDR helps your brain release the experiences that created them.

✨ We learn emotional language (because ‘fine’ isn’t an emotion)
✨ We slowly widen your window of tolerance
✨ We process what’s still stuck (with EMDR, if appropriate)
✨ We develop self-trust, so you can stop outsourcing your worth
