There are roadworks outside the pharmacy on Wilsden Road, they are putting up temporary traffic lights, and is scheduled to be all week. Unfortunately this means there is limited parking on the street. Good morning,

We have been informed by Wilsden Medical Practice that their IT systems are down, including their phone lines. It seems to be a Bradford wide issue. If you are in urgent need of prescription items please pop in to see us and we will see how we can help. Also if you are suffering with any of the following issues:

Earaches (Aged 1-17 years old)
Sore throat (Aged 5+ years old)
Sinusitis (Aged 12+ years old)
Impetigo (Aged 1+ years old)
Infected insect bites (Aged 1+ years old)
Shingles (Aged 18+ years old)
Uncomplicated UTI (Women aged 16-65 years old)

You can speak to our pharmacist who may be able to issue you with antibiotics or over the counter assistance.

Unfortunately we are experiencing some IT issues, and we are unable to process prescriptions at the moment. We have an engineer coming out to fix the problem. Hopefully we should be able to get back to business as usual in a few hours. Thank you for your continued support and patience. **Spring Covid-19 Booster**

Good afternoon,

As of Wednesday, April 2nd, we will commence the Spring COVID-19 booster Clinics. Those aged 75 years and over and/or immunocompromised individuals will be able to get their Free NHS COVID-19 booster. Appointments can be booked from Tuesday, March 25th, via the National Booking Service website: https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/vaccination-and-booking-services/book-covid-19-vaccination/, by contacting our friendly team on 01535 271211, or by visiting us in the branch.

**Have you heard about Pharmacy First?**

Pharmacy first allows pharmacy’s to treat 7 common ailments, without needing to book an appointment.

This is a free NHS service! You will receive a consultation with one of our pharmacists, and depending on the outcome of the consultation, they can offer you advice or treatment including antibiotics the same day, without the need for a prescription from the GP.

Good afternoon from the Harden Pharmacy Team.

**OPENING TIMES**

Our opening times are as shown below.

* Due to our pharmacists needing to take lunch breaks, they will be away from the premises between 1pm and 2pm. This is to ensure that they are refreshed to provide safe and effective services to all of our patients, at the standard we all deserve. Due to their absence during this hour staff are limited as to what we can provide. We are still here to answer all queries, take in prescriptions to dispense once the pharmacist has returned and sell items from the shop that do not require pharmacist supervision. However, we are unable to hand out bagged prescriptions. Thank you for your continued support to our local pharmacy. We appreciate each and every one of our valued customers.

Due to the road conditions and our staff having to attempt a safe journey home Harden Pharmacy will be closing at 5pm today, Tuesday 7th January.

We apologise for any inconvenience but are sure our customers will understand.
