I’m excited to announce my upcoming workshop:

Herbs for Women’s Health — From Menstruation to Menopause.

If you’re curious about how everyday plants can support hormonal balance, ease monthly discomfort, and nourish long‑term wellbeing, this session is for you.

It’s a warm, practical, hands‑on exploration of the herbs that have supported women for generations. You’ll even get to enjoy tasters and samples on the day.
