Do you love getting people smiling, chatting and joining in? Our 34 resident care home is looking for someone creative and full of ideas to bring energy and enjoyment to each day.

What you’ll be doing:
🌟Planning fun, meaningful activities
🌟Organising games, crafts, music, and social events
🌟Helping residents stay active, connected and entertained
🌟Working with a friendly team who love what they do

What we’re looking for:
🌟A warm, upbeat personality
🌟Someone who enjoys trying new ideas
🌟Confident leading groups and one‑to‑one sessions
🌟Experience is helpful
🌟You must hold a valid driving licence, as the role includes driving the home’s minibus

Are you a confident, caring person who loves supporting others? We’re looking for a Senior Carer / Team Leader to guide our day team and make sure our residents receive the very best, person-centred care 💙

What you’ll do:
👉 Lead and support the care team
👉 Organise daily routines & administer medication
👉 Keep records up to date
👉 Be the friendly link between residents, families & professionals

You’ll be the go-to person on shift, helping everything run smoothly and creating a warm, supportive atmosphere every day.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Level 3 in Adult Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards it)
✅ Experience in a senior carer or team leader role
✅ A confident, compassionate and hands-on approach
