We regularly host community events like our annual sports day, Christmas party, and charity fundraisers, bringing people together to celebrate fitness, have fun, and support great causes. In 2023, Ben and three others walked 144km from London to the gym over four days, raising £3,500 for Mind, a charity dedicated to mental health awareness. This is just one example of how we use fitness to make a difference beyond the gym walls.
