๐ฟ Maybe you haven't seen it in those around you in life, so you don't know what it means? The same old ins and outs same behaviour, same patterns, same situations. Staying the same feels in a weird way, comfortable and the norm.
๐ฟ Growth= change...change can feel scary at times, right? The anxiety that can come with stepping into trying something new is normal, but for some it can put them off and so it's back to a comfort zone...and don't get me wrong there is a time and place for comfort.
๐ฟ It can often mean taking responsibility, being accountable and willing...and that means doing the work which feels alot to do. Growing is a process, not instant..
So this week, here's some things to think about...

๐ญ Is there an area in your life that you'd like to develop in, re-gain some confidence...or that from staying comfortable where you are, means you are missing out on something more?
