Hello, I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor based on the Wirral. I am a member of the BACP and hold a current DBS. I graduated from Derby University after completing a degree in Person Centred Counselling.
I provide confidential one to one counselling where my clients are at the heart of the therapeutic process either face to face or on line/ telephone.
I have experience of working with young people aged 11- 16 years and adults. Counselling can provide a space to explore: anxiety, loss and bereavement, family breakdown, blended families, low mood, disordered eating patterns, self harm and su***de ideation.
I offer a range of creative resources as well as talking therapy.
Discounted rate of £35 per 50 min session.
