This is your invitation to take some time for you. Come along and relax, recharge and receive a blend of hands on and distance, Reiki healing energy.

Our bodies do the most healing when they are relaxed. So bring whatever you need to get comfy. A yoga mat, blanket and cushion are provided, but please bring your own pillow and extra blankets to get cosy.

If you are unable to lie or sit on the floor, that's no problem, just let me know in advance and I'll have a chair ready for you.

You may wish to bring a bottle of water and a notebook/journal to jot down anything that comes to mind, before, during or after your meditation.

Booking is essential to secure your space.

Today I choose me.
Every time we choose to honour who we truly are, we stand by our boundaries and not let self doubt take the lead , we are making a powerful , soulful declaration. It signals to our unconscious:
"I keep my promises to myself. I am worthy and I am enough."

Each time you hold your boundaries , you stand up for yourself or just allow yourself to be as you are, you are strengthening your relationship with yourself and building trust. Your conscious self begins to see the magic you are capable of, it trusts that you mean what you say, it begins to feel safer and your inner light shines ✨✨✨✨

Always remember that your light does not need permission. Your presence is powerful. You are capable. You are able to do hard things.
You are enough and loving yourself is your right.

Different Spaces but one consistency - me.

Wherever I do my Energy Work, at a designated venue or your house, one thing is the same.....my level of commitment to your healing journey. When you are in the room with me, whether it's for Reiki, Tameana, Counselling or something else, you are my priority. I am there for you and to offer whatever support you need on your healing journey. This is not about me "healing" you. It is about us working together, building a relationship and trusting each other and the energies we are working with. It's about you being relaxed and comfortable so your body feels safe and your mind and emotions are able to process and integrate.

The space is irrelevant, what matters is you. ✨✨

That's a wrap! Just finished a Reiki and Meditation session at the Residential Home and now I'm done for Christmas 🎁⛄ back in January to see the Residents again.

Messages from the Universe - what is the Universe trying to tell you? What signs are you seeing right now that are trying to guide you? Angel numbers? symbols? Familiar Shapes in the clouds? Or a feeling deep in your core? Sometimes its hard to tell if these things are coincidence or a message. Can they be both? Look within and let your intuition guide you to the right answer. The signs from the universe are there. Even if you aren't ready to act on them, just be open to receive. 🌟

Last night was the last monthly Reiki and Meditation night of the year. I love holding these nights and so happy people choose to spend their free time by coming. 🎄☺️
