Welcome to my new SW page. With the current situation you might be thinking were not open. WE ARE. just in a different setting. You can still join/be part of SW. And loose weight successfully during this lockdown. Were just doing it virtually. You still get all the support/help/advice you need, just via myself/phone/txt/whats app/zoom/SW online and FB. We cant control the current situation, but we can control how we deal with it. And as one of my current members said in group "Do we want to come out of lockdown in the spring fatter or fitter" Its your choice. Your in control
