The ability to flourish and produce such beauty & something extraordinary from the origins of its murky habitats.

Reminding us that we have within us the power to overcome adversity or difficult lessons of being human (thus being the ‘mud’), allowing it to transform us and keep our hearts open to experience the beauty that comes from life.

Grounding posture, stretching joints of the ankles & knees, improving posture in the spine & bringing calm & focus to the mind.
