11 minutes.
One breath at a time.

It’s been one of them weeks — where every little thing has just mounted up 😂.

So I’m doing a little reset: sage, candle, affirmations… and 11 minutes of meditation with Natalie.

Merry Christmas Eve Eve to my beautiful friends, family, clients, students and colleagues 🤍✨
Thank you, truly, for the support you’ve given me this year—often in ways you may not even realise.

This year has been huge. A year of firsts, fears, and long-held dreams finally becoming reality. Things I’d dreamed about for years, never quite believing they’d actually happen.

A year ago, I was quietly heartbroken and found myself training in Indian Head Massage with the incredible 💆🏻‍♀️. It was no coincidence. That experience completely reignited my love for treating people and reminded me exactly who I am and what I’m here to do.

That clarity led me to reach out to Youngers—and it couldn’t have been a better first step. From the moment I met the wonderful and felt her genuine excitement about me joining, I just knew. I trusted it and never looked back 🤍✨

This year has held so many milestones:
• Solo travel through Southeast Asia
• Launching my own business—feet first—and watching it go from strength to strength
• Hosting yoga mini retreats with the gorgeous soul Leanne
• Starting my own Yogabears classes in schools
• Offering massage at the beautiful Charlotte’s Clinic in Greasby 🤍

When I look back through my journals, this exact life appears again and again. The same dreams, written year after year.

And now… I’m finally living it.
