Going out isn't someone I often do these days- I have terrible anxiety which often stops me. I can talk to others about managing stress and social anxiety but not so good at listening to my own advice! I almost cancelled tonight but luckily, I forced myself out as I need to practice what I preach- what a brilliant night was had by us all! My 5stone weight loss, I'll be honest has changed my appearance but I'm still the big girl in my head. If you're wanting advice, support and guidance on a medical weight loss journey now or after Christmas keep me in mind. I'm going through it with you and understand the lifetime struggles of it.
