You can almost feel it... that first breath of cold, salty air. After years trapped in tanks, Little Grey and Little White finally returned to the ocean. Their journey from a Shanghai aquarium to Iceland’s Klettsvik Bay wasn’t about fame or spectacle... it was about healing. For the first time in years, they felt real tides, real space, real freedom. Not wild yet, but finally alive. 💙

Their new home is a sea sanctuary... ocean water instead of walls, waves instead of crowds. It took planes, cranes, and endless patience to get them there. They had to rebuild strength, learn to dive again, and trust the ocean’s rhythm. When they finally glided through the bay, people watching cried. It wasn’t just two whales swimming... it was hope in motion. Do you think sanctuaries like this could change how we treat all captive sea life?
