Join us this Thursday for our weekly Carers Coffee Social hosted at Heatherlands Medical Centre 1pm-2pm. Claire will be on hand to provide support and signposting.

**CANCER WELLBEING SUPPORT GROUP**

Our Cancer Wellbeing Event Series starts back from Tuesday 12th May 10am-11.30am hosted at Paxton Medical Group., Claughton. The group is here to support anyone living with or navigating cancer and provides a welcoming environment with plenty of support, help and signposting available. We'll be joined by various cancer community organisations who will be able to share useful advice and information, plus there'll be plenty of support from other patients as well as our wellbeing team, on hand to help with practical tips such as benefits, blue badges, relaxation, sleep, diet and nutrition, social isolation, mental wellbeing and much more.

If you'd like to attend please contact your practice and ask them to notify Tracey Leech, Cancer care coordinator.
