A new Well Women's event is coming to Beechwood. We're looking forward to teaming up with The Little Centre AND Healthier Neighbourhoods PCN for an empowering and uplifting event for local women on Friday 20th March.
Join us from 10am-2pm for an event focused on women's health and wellbeing. We'll be joined by a host of partners and organisations plus there'll be complimentary taster sessions and even a relaxation session to help you reset! Bring your friends!

Today, on International Women’s Day, we celebrate the incredible women who make a difference in our communities every single day.
Across our Primary Care Network, we are proud to recognise the dedication, compassion and expertise of the women who care for our patients — from GPs, nurses, pharmacists and healthcare assistants to reception, administrative and leadership teams.
We also celebrate the women in our community: patients, carers, mothers, daughters, colleagues and friends who inspire strength, resilience and kindness every day.

TUES 3RD MARCH 11am - WELLBEING WALK
Our New Wellbeing Walk Group launches today. Join us at 11am in the reception of Claughton Medical Centre and we'll head out to Birkenhead Park for some fresh air, good company, signposting and support. Our Care Coordinators and Social Prescribers will lead this group, on hand with a listening ear, and any help and support you may need. Beautiful weather today and the perfect opportunity to get out of the house for some fresh air!

See you at 11am.

Join us TODAY for our NEW Wellbeing Walk. We meet every Tuesday 11am-12noon in the reception of Paxton Medical Group Claughton and head to Birkenhead Park. Our team of care coordinators and social prescribers will be leading this group, and on hand to listen, chat and signpost to any help and support you may need. Spring is on its way and the Wellbeing Walk is a great reason to get out of the house for some fresh air and good company!

Our next Living Well event is today Wednesday 18th February 10am-11.30am at St Oswalds Church Bidston.
There’ll be guest speakers, complimentary refreshments, and our team will be on hand to chat and signpost to any support you may need. This is a warm and welcoming group that provides information, tips and support to help you live well.

Lot's happening across our PCN this week. From our wellbeing walk and talk group, to our new Living Well event series taking place on Wednesday St Oswalds Church Bidston 10am-11.30am.

Our cancer event series also continues this Wednesday 11am-12noon Heatherlands Medical Centre and on Thursday Claire will be hosting our Carers coffee afternoon, providing support and signposting to those who care and support others.
