It might not be Halloween yet, but Christmas is just around the corner, and we know how much you love to get pampered in the festive season!

So while we don't want to talk about Christmas yet, we have to! 😅

We have had our calendar for Christmas appointments open for a while now because we all know how fast and far in advance they book up, and they already are!🎄

This year we are so grateful to be the busiest we’ve ever been, especially in the current climate, lats year, after 20 years of Christmas experience under our belts, we set some ground rules, and this year we're sticking to them! ❄️

In the past we have had people book in advance and not show up to their appointment, people calling on Christmas Eve Eve wanting a full set of Christmas nails - nail art included, and we’ve had people double book ‘just in case’ which leaves people who could have used these appointments without one! 🤶

At Christmas our team often work longer days and sacrifice their own festive season to pamper you for the holidays, and we want to help them and you get your Christmas treats as fairly as possible.⛄️

That’s why the following policies apply:
🎄We require a 50% deposit on all bookings - no exceptions
🎄We have a very strict 48 hour cancellation/changes policy or you will lose your deposit.
🎄Nail art and extras must be booked in advance or we may not be able to offer the service
🎄Please be respectful of your treatment time. If you are late to your appointment you will lose time off your treatment.

We are very excited for another Christmas celebrating and pampering you all and thank you for understanding and honouring our Christmas policies. 🎄⛄️🤶❄️🎁
