Yesterday our Improvement Team and Improvement Connectors came together for a fun and interactive Lunch & Learn 🍽️

We trialled a virtual version of our PDSA training activity, “Mr Potato Head”, as we begin adapting our sessions for online delivery to better include our community colleagues.

It was a great opportunity to test, learn and refine how we deliver improvement training in a virtual space, while still keeping it engaging and practical 👏

Looking forward to rolling this out more widely and making our sessions even more accessible 💡

Our Leading Teams training session brought future leaders together to explore what great leadership looks like in practice, including an interactive activity on establishing clear operational definitions.

It was fantastic to see such thoughtful engagement and reflection throughout the session 👏

💬 “Thank you so much for yesterday. I have felt like a bit of a bystander in this process and your support and questions made me feel that it is within my gift to ensure this integration is transformational. Using my experience and knowledge to advocate for the best services we can collectively deliver.”

Supporting our people to find their voice and lead with confidence is what this programme is all about 💡
