Today we had a great session with the Managers Essentials Training Group!

Our team introduced the group to the PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) cycle, a simple but powerful tool for testing and learning from change.

To bring it to life, we ran a fun coin-spinning activity that got everyone thinking about data, testing, and iteration. It was brilliant to see such enthusiasm, teamwork, and creative problem-solving as managers experimented with ways to improve their results each round!

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, it’s fantastic to see so much energy and curiosity for continuous improvement across the organisation. 👏

Improvement in Action

👐Hands-on learning, practical tools, and tonnes of energy from our amazing Pulmonary Rehab team!

These sessions help teams build the confidence and skills to make real improvements — using Improvement for All (IFA) tools to plan, test, and measure change.

Everyone leaves with:
• A clear understanding of improvement methods
• Practical tools to use right away
• A plan for a test of change
