Referrals are now open for our next group . Please contact us on social media or email RiseCic@outlook.com with your contact details and we will send a brief referral form .
Thanks to the generous funding from Wirral CVS , we are able to offer this current project completely free of charge, ensuring that finances are not a barrier to support.
This project will offer a safe, non-clinical space at the RISE Young Minds Sanctuary for children and young people aged 8–17 who are struggling with their mental and emotional health.
All appropriate referrals will be offered an initial mental health consultation to ensure the service is suitable. If we do not think our service best meets the young persons needs. Then we will signpost to a more appropriate service. With your consent, if a child is already open to another mental health service, we will consult with that team and where appropriate work alongside side them.
Our next group with be held on
Tuesdays between 1230 -230pm we are really excited to be using the gorgeous Callister Trust ,so the beauty of nature can enhance our mental health sessions. The group will run for 4 weeks , and will have a maximum of 10 children per class . The aim of the group is to equip young people
with powerful coping strategies to handle tough emotions with confidence. Young people will build their own personalised toolbox of practical skills to support their wellbeing now and in the future.
