Healing Time is a Wellness Centre set up by Jennie Reay who has been in the field of health, well being and spiritual development for over 10 years. The centre is in the heart of Birkenhead and offers Counselling Services, Holistic therapies, Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Well being workshops, Spiritual development and Reiki training.
The aim is to create a community hub of well being services and a platform for local therapists and teachers to showcase their experience and services they have to offer.
The centre is home to 3 therapy rooms, a yoga studio and workshop space. There is also a cafe area within the premises.
