My approach is grounded in psychodynamic counselling and informed by a range of therapeutic models, allowing the work to be tailored to you. I also support clients navigating spiritual or transformative experiences, integrating this in a way that feels steady and contained.
Areas I support include:
Trauma (including childhood experiences), anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship and intimacy difficulties, repeating emotional patterns, identity and self-understanding, and spiritual or psychospiritual experiences.
