Meet our latest team member Niall Hogan!
I am a Graduate Sports Rehab Therapist (GSR), graduating from Bolton University in 2019. My experience is in private practice, sports and disability sports. Outside of Whitehall Physiotherapy I work as a Remote Rehab Therapist and as a part of the England Amputee Football Association Medical Team. My main passions are music, woodwork and sports. I play basketball and football recreationally and play a few instruments including Bass Guitar and Guitar.

Starting a 4 week beginners course Whitehall Physiotherapy Saturday's.
Some of topics we will cover: Base Line Exercise Principles BLEPS, the importance of alignment and posture, we will complete a series of exercises in standing, side lying, prone (front) lying and supine (back) lying.

Benefits of attending: attendee will improve overall strength and mobility, you will learn techniques to self maintain or attend a mixed ability class with more confidence.
