We are all shocked to hear the sad news today about the passing of a true Sikh activist, Bhai Jagdeesh Singh (Kersi Lehar) he was a very determined and committed gursikh and always stood up for Sikh rights. Guru Sahib apne charana vich nivaas bakshe 🙏🏽

It is with deep sadness Gurdeep Singh and co- founder of Gurdwara Aid passed away today after a heart attack followed by pneumonia. His vision, kindness, integrity and love for the Sikh community was a shining beacon.

ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹਿ ll

With a very heavy heart we are sorry to inform the Sadh Sangat that Bhai Sahib Karpal Singh ji, at the age of 75, sadly passed away on 21st January 2021 in the afternoon after fighting against Covid19 for a week in hospital.

Born in 1945 in the village of Pasla, District Jalandhar, Punjab, India, he emigrated to the UK in 1989.
He joined the service of Gurdwara Bebe Nanki ji, Birmingham, in 1991 as the Head Granthi. He served the Gurdwara selflrssly with dedication, love and humility.
He was one of the most loved member of the Sangat because he was always a pleasure to meet with and talk to. He was polite and humble, and always oblidging.
We will all miss him very much. We offer our sincerest and heartfelt condolences to Bhenji Harbans Kaur ji and all the family at this sudden and tragic loss. He will remain in our hearts for along time to come.
May WAHEGURU JI bless his soul and grant him lasting sanctuary in His presence.
