Carters Green Healthcare Services are looking to increase their team.
We are looking to fill the following positions Care Coordinator, Senior Care assistant and Care assistants.
Care Coordinator – you will be required to report to the Registered Care Manger. this individual will need to have experience, the ability to work in a team and under their own initiative, to participate in on-call duties and to have a caring, honest, and enthusiastic nature. You will be required to support our care team, our service users and ensure that we are meeting CQC requirements.
Senior care assistant – You will be required to report to the Care Coordinator. this individual will need to have experience and the ability to work in a team and support our care coordinator and participate in on-call duties. You will also need to have a caring, honest, and enthusiastic nature. You will be required to ensure that we are meeting CQC requirements, whilst also supporting our care team and service users.
Care assistants – individuals will need to have the ability to work on their own (training, support and guidance will be given), whilst caring and supporting our service users to live in their own homes safely ensuring that all their care needs are met. If you have a caring, honest, and enthusiastic nature come and join our team.
