An online adult autism and neurodevelopmental disorder assessment service. The Divergent Path was established to enable individuals to access a highly specialised assessment and intervention, service, in a timely manner. The multidisciplinary team provides diagnostic assessments for adults aged 18 years and over who are suspected of being autistic, do not have a learning disability and have given their consent. The team only provide online assessments, so we can see people wherever they live, in the comfort of their own home.

**Research opportunity**

Kat, an autistic PhD student at Cardiff University, is looking for participants for her study regarding the role of communication in access to healthcare for autistic adults. For more information, please email Kat using williamsk90@cardiff.ac.uk.

Please note that Kat is currently only recruiting for Cardiff and Vale UHB Mental Health and Rheumatology. Recruitment requests for other areas will follow when permitted.

All speakers were neurodivergent clinicians and the conference was set up to provide the information and flexibility needed by neurodivergent attendees- lots to process.
