Your yoga schedule for this week 🧘‍♂️

If you're yet to schedule some time in for yourself this week, here are your invitations & opportunities to find some intentional time this week, on the mat.

Your head will always be finding things for you to do, telling you how much more important your to-do list is or maybe you just need to sit on the sofa scrolling for that little bit longer… BUT your body, your brain, the quality of your thoughts will always tell you other wise.

Yoga is so much more than exercise, movement to move you out of your head and back into your body.

Creating space in your body that in turn, creates space in your mind.

And of course, our new Thursday evening Flow class with Hannah starts this week, the 9th of October with .yoga.hannah
at the Domus Group studio space off St Pauls Square.

These classes are accessible to everyone, from complete beginners to those with an established practice, we welcome you all 🙏

THURSDAYS in the JQ are back from 9th of October ✨️🙏🧘‍♀️🤎

Join Hannah .yoga.hannah in the incredible space on Henrietta Street off Livery Street for a Flow class blending together hatha and vinyasa yoga, 18.30 - 19.30

Hannah will guide you through a monthly theme and focus, building towards a peak posture blending together Hatha and Vinyasa yoga.
Through breath and movement, you'll open your physical body and energy centres having options of each posture for you to explore and experiment with.

Allowing those of you who want to build and challenge your practice the opportunity to do so whilst also being accessible to those who are newer to yoga.
This class is accessible to everyone.
We welcome you all 🙏

📌 we will be here every fortnight alternating with another JQ venue, details coming very soon.

The end is really the beginning.

After a magical couple of years holding space for yoga in our Jewellery Quarter studio, next week, we’ll be evolving into a new expression of Joie as the studio doors close and we rise into a beautiful new chapter together.

Our final studio class is on Thursday the 22nd of May - we hope to see as many of you in human form in the studio over the next week.

Come and cherish the space.

The final class is with Hannah on Thursday 22nd of May and a closing ceremony class on Wednesday 21st of May with myself, Maria.

My intention for Joie has always been to offer a space outside of your own four walls that feels like home.

A place to feel safe, held, and seen,
we are blessed to have created a spirited community that embodies the very essence of Joie.

The connections and sentiment we share will continue to bloom as we share our yoga practice in a new way this year.

Think tranquil new spaces, immersive outdoor classes, nurturing wellness practices, dreamy sound healing, meditation, and more to enrich your day through medicinal movement and holistic rituals ...

As this precious first chapter of Joie settles into quiet, we’ll be uniting together for a special closing ceremony class on Wednesday 21st of May between 18.30 - 19.30.

It will be my honour to guide you through your practice in our Jewellery Quarter home one last time.

Finally, a heartfelt thank you. Joie simply couldn’t exist without each of you who have supported the studio since opening and I truly can’t wait for everything that’s yet to come for us all.
