🚨 New Blog Post Now Live 🚨

Pain after ej*******on is something many men experience… but very few talk about.

It can feel worrying, confusing and often men aren’t sure where to turn for answers.

Symptoms can include:
• pelvic pain after ej*******on
• discomfort in the p***s, perineum or testicles
• lingering pelvic tension
• symptoms linked to pelvic floor dysfunction

Many men are told it may be prostatitis or inflammation, but in some cases the pelvic floor muscles and nerves may also play an important role.

Understanding what may be happening is the first step toward getting the right help.

In our latest blog we explain:
✔ possible causes of pain after ej*******on
✔ how the pelvic floor may be involved
✔ when to seek professional help
✔ how pelvic health physiotherapy may help

If this is something you’ve experienced or want to understand better, this article is well worth a read.

Taking Men’s Health Education International 🇳🇴

Honoured to be invited to Oslo, Norway to deliver teaching on Men’s Pelvic Health Physiotherapy to one of Norway’s leading pelvic health clinics.

Across the session we will be discussing the clinical models and rehabilitation strategies used in our London clinic to support men with conditions such as:

• Prostate cancer recovery
• Post-surgical continence issues
• Male pelvic pain
• Exercise rehabilitation after prostate surgery
• Integrating men’s health within physiotherapy services

The demand for education in male pelvic health physiotherapy continues to grow internationally, and it’s fantastic to see clinics investing in developing their teams in this important area.

Looking forward to working with colleagues in Norway and sharing knowledge that helps improve patient care.

🚨 New Blog Post Now Live 🚨

Hard Flaccid Syndrome is something more and more men are searching for online… but very few places explain it clearly.

Men often describe symptoms such as:
• a firm or rubbery p***s when flaccid
• pelvic tension or discomfort
• erectile changes
• reduced sensation

For many men this can feel confusing, worrying and difficult to talk about.

The good news is that understanding what may be happening is the first step.

We’ve just published a new blog explaining:
✔ what Hard Flaccid Syndrome is
✔ why the pelvic floor may play a role
✔ the symptoms men commonly experience
✔ how pelvic health physiotherapy may help

If this is something you’ve experienced or are curious to learn more about, this article is well worth a read.

Thousands of men are searching the internet every day for answers about pelvic health.

Pelvic pain.
Erectile dysfunction.
Urinary symptoms.
Hard Flaccid Syndrome.

And yet when many men start looking for information… they quickly realise something.

There isn’t much clear, reliable guidance out there.

Many of the men we see in clinic tell us the same thing:

“I spent hours searching online and couldn’t find anything that really explained what was going on.”

Pelvic health in men is still a topic that isn’t widely discussed.
That means many men are left trying to figure things out alone.

We want to change that.

We’ve just launched a dedicated Men’s Pelvic Health Blog on the website of London Men’s Health Physiotherapy.

Our aim is to create a place where men can go to:
• understand symptoms
• learn about pelvic health conditions
• explore treatment options
• access reliable, evidence-informed information

The blog already includes articles on topics such as:
• Hard Flaccid Syndrome
• Chronic Pelvic Pain in Men
• Erectile Dysfunction and the Pelvic Floor
• Pelvic Floor Problems in Men

And this is just the beginning — many more articles are coming.

Knowledge is powerful, and the more men understand about pelvic health, the easier it becomes to seek the right help.
