In Ayurveda, Shiro Abhyanga (scalp massage) is more than just a beauty ritual — it’s a form of healing. Massaging the scalp with warm herbal oils like coconut, sesame, or bhringraj not only nourishes the hair roots but also stimulates blood circulation, strengthens follicles, and balances the doshas.

The gentle, rhythmic strokes calm the nervous system, melt away stress, and promote deep relaxation.

With regular practice, you’re not just caring for your hair - you’re nurturing your mind and soul too.
