💕 Couple goals 💕

Ollie and Lizzie have inspired and supported each other throughout their weight-loss journey. Together they have lost an incredible 14st 13lbs on The 1:1 Diet 🙌

We asked them, since successfully losing weight what’s been your proudest moment 👇

"I think we have several. One of them has to be Ollie winning Man of the Year 2023. He lost weight for himself, but also because he wanted men to know it’s ok to diet and to show people that it’s possible to overcome the impossible!

Another has got to be Ollie training for the London Marathon this year. He’s running in memory of my mum, who lost her battle to Pancreatic Cancer in 2021. Before starting his plan in 2022, Ollie could barely even walk - so this is a massive achievement.

Finally, the fact we’ve lost enough weight to be accepted for IVF! We’ve had our first IVF cycle and we did actually get pregnant. It sadly ended in miscarriage, but we know that our fertility journey isn’t over yet.

Our weight stopped us from doing so much before that we lacked the confidence to do, and now there is no stopping us! We just wish we’d started sooner."
