We had a fantastic first session yesterday at Shard End Library and Firs Surgery for our Manage Your Diabetes course.

We were joined by our amazing chef Kate, who prepared some delicious, diabetes-friendly food that everyone loved!

Kate, our amazing chef will be serving up some tasty, diabetic-friendly food and there will be lots of useful tips on how to manage Type 2 Diabetes. No need to book, just come along.
