I am offering several services to support any needs you may have whether that is for injuries, massage or even just support to move better within your own body . about me:
i have recently just graduated from Coventry university with a first class honours degree in sports therapy. I come from a martial arts back ground and have been in and out of gyms and sport for the majority of my life. however

after having two major operations and what seemed like end less physiotherapy I returned back to the gym and began to rehabilitate myself back into sports specific and the weights area within multiple gyms this is where I found my passion for rehabilitation and helping others. my passion is to help everyone injured or not to have the confidence to learn something new or from a different perspective but also to encourage you to move using better movement patterns to make you move more efficently
