UK and overseas retreats, and lots workshops designed to help you relax, strengthen, and reconnect. . 🧡 Although I have practiced yoga for 20 years due to work, life stuff and being a single mom, I had to have a break from my personal yoga practice. My Yoga journey started again 5 years ago and so with personal extensive studies, certification, and personal experiences it’s now that I feel inspired to teach as a professional. Yoga has greatly impacted my life and I love seeing the transformation it makes in the lives of people. I am passionate about teaching the science of yoga and the ancient wisdom through yoga classes,

I completed my Yoga Foundation Course with Sandstone Yoga Studio – Sutton Coldfield, I then went on to complete my 200 hrs Teacher Training. I am training in Hatha yoga however my personal practice included most styles, meditation, and pranayama. My classes offer a warm, happy environment, offering a supportive yoga practice. Yoga is your experience, totally unique to you. I honour this and I am grateful to offer space to guide you into your breath to expand, accept and release. I teach with my heart, intuition, and wisdom. I want to help others to feel more ease and fullness in the yoga postures so that they feel the benefits, have longevity in the practice and are inspired to share yoga with their friends and loved ones.

Set within peaceful private woodland (with a cosy indoor option if needed), this retreat is an invitation to slow down and gently reconnect with yourself through:

Chair Yoga is ideal if you:

This is an invitation to slow right down.

To step out of the noise of everyday life and into a space where you don’t need to do, fix, or be anything other than exactly who you are.

I’ll begin with a gentle, heart-opening cacao ritual, ceremonial cacao, prepared with intention, known for its grounding and softly uplifting qualities. A moment to arrive, to connect, and to settle into your body.

From there, you’ll be guided into a long, immersive sound healing journey. The vibrations and tones work deeply with the nervous system, helping release tension held in the body and inviting the mind into a quieter, more restful state. Many people describe feeling lighter, clearer, deeply relaxed, or drifting into a dream-like rest.

This afternoon is about:
✨ Allowing the body to soften
✨ Letting the heart open gently
✨ Creating space for calm and restoration

No pressure. No expectations.
Just a safe, supportive space to rest and receive.
