ain 5 years ago and so with personal extensive studies, certification, and personal experiences it’s now that I feel inspired to teach as a professional. Yoga has greatly impacted my life and I love seeing the transformation it makes in the lives of people. I am passionate about teaching the science of yoga and the ancient wisdom through yoga classes,

I completed my Yoga Foundation Course with Sandstone Yoga Studio – Sutton Coldfield, I then went on to complete my 200 hrs Teacher Training. I am training in Hatha yoga however my personal practice included most styles, meditation, and pranayama. My classes offer a warm, happy environment, offering a supportive yoga practice. Yoga is your experience, totally unique to you. I honour this and I am grateful to offer space to guide you into your breath to expand, accept and release. I teach with my heart, intuition, and wisdom. I want to help others to feel more ease and fullness in the yoga postures so that they feel the benefits, have longevity in the practice and are inspired to share yoga with their friends and loved ones.

And that’s okay.

You’re not meant to feel “aligned” all the time.
You’re meant to notice, listen, and come back.

Maybe today you need grounding.
Maybe you need to speak your truth.
Maybe you just need to pause… and breathe.

Each part of you is always communicating,
not to overwhelm you, but to guide you.

💚 You don’t need to fix everything.
💚 You just need to gently return to yourself.

This morning, I took my yoga practice outside… into the garden. 🌱

On this Earth Day, it felt like the simplest and most beautiful way to reconnect.

Bare feet on the ground.
Breathing in fresh air.
Moving slowly… with nature, not against it.

And it reminded me that you don’t need to go far to honour this planet.

Step outside.
Feel the ground beneath your feet.
Take a deep breath… and really notice it.

Maybe you:
🌳 Sit quietly in your garden
🐦 Listen to the birds for a few minutes
🌼 Plant something new… or simply pause

Our connection with the earth begins right here…
in these small, mindful moments.

“So Hum” is a gentle mantra, rooted in ancient Sanskrit, often translated as “I am that.”

It’s traditionally paired with the breath:
So on the inhale…
Hum on the exhale.
A simple rhythm.
A quiet return.

For some, it’s a reminder that we are not separate from nature, from others, from something greater.
For others, it’s just a soft anchor…
to come back to the present moment.

No pressure.
No right way.
Just breathe… and notice.

Have you ever noticed…
how your body speaks before your mind understands?
Sometimes it feels like tension.
Sometimes like heaviness.
Sometimes like a quiet sense that something is “off.”

In yoga, we often explore this through energy centres in the body, not to label ourselves, but to listen more deeply.

Your body is always communicating.
Not to overwhelm you…
but to guide you back to balance.
The practice isn’t to “fix” anything.
It’s simply to notice… and gently return.
