💷 Pay: From £12.82 per hour
🚗 Drivers: £13.14 per hour + paid mileage
🕒 Contract: Full-Time | Permanent | 37.5 Hours Per Week

✨ What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs.
✨ Your responsibilities will include:
💠 Supporting with personal care while promoting dignity and independence
💠 Assisting with meals, hydration and daily living tasks
💠 Supporting mobility, transfers and safe moving & handling
💠 Administering medication following training and company procedures
💠 Providing companionship and emotional support
💠 Assisting with clinical care including catheter care, stoma care and PEG feeding (where trained)
💠 Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns appropriately
💠 Accompanying clients to appointments and within the community
💠 Completing accurate digital care records using our care app
💠 Following safeguarding and infection control procedures
💠 Carrying out light household duties where required

✨ What We’re Looking For
✔️ A caring, patient and dependable nature
✔️ Passion for supporting elderly and vulnerable people
✔️ Good communication skills in spoken and written English
✔️ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business use insurance
✔️ Flexible and reliable approach to work
✔️ Basic IT skills for digital care recording
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Willingness to complete training and work towards NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care
⭐ Desirable Experience
🌟 Previous care experience (preferred but not essential)
🌟 NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
🌟 Completed Care Certificate
🌟 Experience supporting individuals with:
• Dementia
• Learning disabilities
• Mental health conditions
🌟 Medication administration or clinical care experience
